As one of the premier Jazz clubs in New York City, the Iridium maintains a long-standing commitment to booking the best names in Jazz. Daphnia was hired to redesign the existing web site, providing the client with an updated look, which more closely matched the image of the club. As a traffic-intense web site, it was crucial that the site captivated and retained users, while minimizing the size of the pages. As a performance venue, it was essential for club regulars to be able to quickly visit the calendar of events, and receive an up-to-date listing of upcoming acts.

In addition to design services, Daphnia integrated its Content Management System, providing the client with the ability to modify many components of the web site. Performance calendars, photograph galleries, press releases, and several other sections, were controlled by a series of easy-to-use tools, obviating the task of maintaining the web site.
